System event triggers in UI

When creating a message automation or data job in Cordial's UI, you can choose to send messages based on system event triggers by selecting A contact's real-time behavior. This enhancement makes it easier than ever before to send impactful messaging based on people's real-time behavior. Contact your CSM to have this feature enabled.

Sculpt enhancements

We've made our easy-to-use Sculpt editor even more user friendly. When dragging and dropping Sculpt blocks into your message, you can view them as thumbnails in the Block Library so you know what you're selecting at a glance. Additionally, you can view and copy the fully rendered HTML of a Sculpt template in Preview mode, streamlining the process of creating Sculpt messages for your team.
