The headers of an email message can provide many different data points that can be used to troubleshoot deliverability issues.

AOL
Right click on the message in question.
Select “View Message Source” from the menu. This creates a pop-up window that displays the full headers.
ATT.net
ATT uses Yahoo interface. Right click on the message in question
Select “View Raw Message” from the pop-up menu.
This creates another tab which displays the full headers.
Comcast (Spectrum)
From the homepage right click on the message in question. Select “View page source” from the drop-down.
This opens a new tab complete with headers.
Cox
Double click to open the message in question.
Select the “More” button in the Toolbar. This opens a small drop down.
Select “View Source” from the menu. This creates a pop-up window that displays the full headers.
Gmail
Double click to open the message in question and click on the 3 dots on the far-right side. This opens a small drop down.
Select “Show Original” from the menu. This opens another tab which displays a Gmail-created snapshot of important parts of the headers. The full headers are listed below the snapshot.
Hotmail
From the homepage right click on the message in question. Select “View Message Source” from the menu. This creates a small pop-up window with the headers inside. This is very difficult to read. We recommend you copying the headers and pasting the data into MS word/Google Sheets.
iCloud.com
Double click on the message in question.
Click on the Action-pop-up menu ( gears ) in the toolbar.
Choose "Show Long Headers".
Mail.com
Double click to open the message in question.
Select the “i” icon button in the Action Toolbar next to the timestamp. This creates a small pop-up window with the headers inside.
Mail.ru
Double click to open the message in question.
Select the “More” button in the Toolbar. This opens a small drop down.
Select “Headers” from the menu. This creates another tab which displays the full headers.
OptOnline - Optimum Online
Double click to open the message in question or open in the “preview mode”.
Select the “Options” button in the Toolbar. This opens a small drop down.
Select “View Source” from the menu. This creates another tab which displays the full headers.
Roadrunner
Open message in question.
Click on the “down arrow” on the upper right-hand corner and select “View headers”.
SBCGlobal
Open the message in question and select “More”.
From here go to “Toolbar” and click on “Header”.
Windows Outlook
First, you must be configured to read email headers. Once set up, you can then read the headers.
Click the "Customize Quick Access Toolbar" at the top left of the Outlook window.
Select "More Commands".
Click the "Choose Commands From" menu and select "All Commands".
Find "Message Options" in the list and click "Add" then click "OK".
To view the headers, click on the "Message Options" button in the top left corner.
The headers appear in a small pop-up.
Yahoo
Right click on the message in question and select “View Raw Message” from the pop-up menu. This creates another tab which displays the full headers.
Zoho
Double click to open the message in question.
Select the “Down Arrow” button in the ActionToolbar. This opens a small drop down.
Select “Show Original” from the menu. This creates another tab which displays the full headers.
