What is an audience trend report
Audience trends allow you to view the population of an audience rule over time.
How to create an audience trend report
Enable the desired audience rules
Before you can create an audience trend report, you must enable "trend analytics" on one or more audience rules.
Navigate to Contacts › Audience Rules.
Hover over the arrow next to the desired audience rule and select "Enable Audience Trend Analytics".
Add Audience Rules to the audience trend report
Navigate to Analytics › Audience Trends.
Load the desired audience rule by clicking in the open text field and typing the name of the audience rule.
Multiple time frames are available:
- Past 7 days
- Past 30 days
- Past 12 months
You can load multiple audience rules into the trend report and enable/disable them by clicking on their name in the bottom of the chart.
You can print the report or download an image of the report by clicking the hamburger menu and selecting the desired option.
