Overview

This article describes how to configure triggered email sends for Tealium AudienceStream and EventStream audiences using the Cordial Connector in Tealium. Use this article alongside Tealium's documentation about connecting to Cordial to ensure success.

• For an alternative process, you can trigger sends from Tealium using Cordial's custom webhook.

Before you get started, we recommend that you work out your use cases, including conditions that could cause the message send to get canceled.

Before opening Tealium

1. You need to first create an API key in Cordial for the Tealium calls to use.

• Learn how to set up a new API key here.
• Visit this page to get the IPs Tealium will use.

2. Your finished API key should look something like this:

Make sure to include the Tealium IPs when you create your API key in Cordial.

Add the Cordial Connector

The Cordial Connector is available for both Tealium AudienceStream and EventStream sources.

1. Navigate to the Connector Marketplace in Tealium AudienceStream and/or EventStream.

2. Locate and add the Cordial Connector.

3. Add and configure each of the desired source actions to the Cordial Connector.

Each individual source action needs to be added and configured in the AudienceStream and/or EventStream Marketplace in Tealium.
