Overview
To effectively use Cordial's API resources, it's important to first understand what each resource is and what it does. For presentation purposes, the APIs are organized into functional groups, starting with APIs for building and managing a contact database and progressing to using that database for creating and sending messages, activity reporting, and other operations.
Functional groups
The functional groups are:
- Contact management APIs
- Orders, products, and supplements APIs
- Message creation and delivery APIs
- Operations related aPIs
Functional groups contain one or more set(s) of closely related API resources and method combinations. The format to describe each resource within an API Set is as follows:
- API set name
- API description and functional purpose
- Resource associations
- API resource URIs (multiple)
- Method
- Functional overview
- Parameter definitions
- Examples
Other reference sections of our documentation may list the APIs alphabetically or in a different order.
