Overview

To effectively use Cordial's API resources, it's important to understand what each resource is and what it does. Our API docs are organized into functional groups, starting with APIs for building and managing a contact database and progressing to using that database for creating and sending messages, activity reporting, and other operations.

Functional groups

Functional groups contain one or more sets of closely-related API resources and method combinations. The functional groups are:

• Orders, products, and supplements APIs
• Message creation and delivery APIs
• Operations and content management APIs
• Integrations APIs and Webhooks
