Overview
Cordial uses Cloudflare to manage our SSL certificates. Cloudflare automatically refreshes server certificates approximately every 30 days, with occasional one-day variations in the schedule.
Beginning October 2023, Cloudflare began off-boarding DigiCert as an issuing certificate authority (CA) and moving to Let’s Encrypt during the certificate refresh.
What does this mean for me?
Cordial’s SSL certificates—hosted on Cloudflare—are changing. If you get any errors with SSL handshakes when accessing Cordial’s API or other services, this issue might impact your account.
What should I do if I see an error?
Restart SSL services and update your operating system's CA-cert pack. This will likely require IT or a network specialist.
