Overview

Cordial has a system-imposed limitation of 100MB on importing files through the UI. To import files of this size or larger, you must use FTP or sFTP.  

Import File Size Guidelines

To ensure optimal import performance, follow these recommended guidelines:

• File size: Keep files under 2 GB.

• Columns: Limit files to 150 columns or fewer.

• Data format: Avoid including JSON or other encoded special characters in field values. Characters such as [ ] and { } can cause issues because they are used in JSON and Smarty syntax.

Adhering to these guidelines helps prevent import errors and ensures faster, more reliable processing.
