Message Insights reports

Overview

Message Insights reports use advanced AI vision technology to help you understand what elements of messages drive performance. Instead of manually analyzing thousands of messages and guessing, you can easily digest what elements tend to resonate with your audience with data-backed insights delivered on a weekly basis.

Message Insights is part of the premium tier of Cordial Edge features. Contact your CSM to learn more.

View Message Insights reports

1. Once the feature is enabled in your account, navigate to Analytics > Message Insights.

2. You'll be taken to the Message Insights page.

3. Here you'll find:

  • Weekly Performance Summary section.
  • Recommendations to help increase engagement.
  • View Report History: View Message Insights reports for previous weeks.
  • Analyze Design: Use bespoke AI-powered insights to analyze message design.

Click View Report History to view Message Insights reports for previous weeks.

Analyze message design

Click Analyze Design and drag in message content to conduct a bespoke, brand-specific analysis. This is a great way to predict how customers will react to messages before you send them out.

Message Assistant

Available during message creation, the Message Assistant uses your Message Insights reports to analyze message content and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
