You can also generate entire experiments using the SMS Generator, simplifying advanced personalization efforts into an easy process. This tool eliminates manual effort, reduces guesswork, and enables you to send smarter, more impactful messages—faster. It’s designed to free up time, optimize workflows, and deliver results.

Generate on-brand messages

You can generate on-brand messages by entering a draft or prompt.

1. To create a new SMS message, navigate to Messages > Create New Message.

2. Under Channels, select SMS.

3. Click Edit in the Message Content pane. 

4. Enter a prompt or message draft in the text field and click Generate Content. Alternatively, you can click Generate Content before entering a prompt.

5. From the Generate Content pane, enter a prompt if you haven't done so. Click Use Content to load the content into your message.

Generate on-brand experiments

Enter a draft of your content or general prompt to get four personalized, on-brand experiment variations that you can use or modify as needed.

1. In the Message Content pane, click the Experiment toggle so it's On.

2. Enter a prompt for your experiment and click the ↑ to generate on-brand variants.

3. The SMS Generator will create four experiment variants that you can use, modify, or delete as desired.
