Overview

Adding web forms to your website is a relatively quick and easy process. Follow these simple instructions to install web forms on your website.

These instructions are applicable if you are not using a content management system. If you are using a content management system, contact your Client Success Manager for web forms installation instructions. 

Install web forms

1. Log in to Cordial's web forms app and click your name in the upper right hand corner. From the dropdown menu, click Setup Instructions.

2. On the next page, copy your installation code.

3. Open your site's main HTML file. Paste the web forms install code just above the </body> tag, which is usually the second-to-last line in your HTML file.

4. Save the changes you made to your file. Web forms is now installed on your site.
