The Predictive Insights dashboard provides a visual overview of AI-generated predictions across your account. By aggregating predictive signals into intuitive charts, you can quickly understand audience distribution, monitor trends over time, and make more informed engagement decisions.
Overview
Predictive Insights surfaces account-level trends based on Cordial’s AI models running in your account. Instead of reviewing predictions contact by contact, you can see how your entire audience is distributed across predictive categories and how those distributions change over time.
These insights help you quickly assess overall audience health and adjust messaging strategies, targeting, and cadence based on predicted behaviors.
Available Insights
The dashboard aggregates results from several predictive models and presents them as easy-to-read charts. Each chart shows the percentage and number of contacts within each category.
Insights charts may include:
Engagement Momentum – Indicates whether a contact’s engagement is trending lower, steady, or higher.
Purchase Propensity – Predicts the likelihood that a contact will make a purchase.
Unsubscribe Risk – Identifies contacts who may be at risk of unsubscribing.
Price Sensitivity – Estimates how sensitive a contact may be to price or promotions.
Optimal Send Time – Suggests the time of day when contacts are most likely to engage.
Optimal Weekly Message Frequency – Recommends the ideal number of messages per week for engagement.
Chart Interactions
Charts include interactive elements to help you explore the data more closely.
Hover details display both the percentage and total contact count for each segment.
Hover also shows how the current period compares with the previous period, helping you spot changes in audience distribution.
Data Export
Export options allow you to download chart data for further analysis or reporting outside the platform.

Dashboard Availability
The Predictive Insights dashboard appears in the Customer Insights section when the feature is enabled for your account. To view the dashboard, your account must have at least two predictive capabilities enabled.
