Holiday schedule

Cordial will be closed on the following dates:

  • Thursday, November 28
  • Friday, November 29
  • Tuesday, December 24
  • Wednesday, December 25
  • Wednesday, January 1

Holiday support

If you have an urgent issue during any of the above dates that requires immediate attention, please contact support@cordial.com and include the word URGENT in the subject line. A member of our team will assist you as soon as possible.

We ask that you please reserve urgent tickets for an incident or problem that is resulting in a critical business impact.
