Cordial offers in-depth reporting and analytics for messages, real-time customer activities, and behavioral trends for your audiences. This article provides an overview of these powerful features.
Cordial Dashboard
When you log into Cordial, the main dashboard presents an overview of your contacts, message sending metrics, and a breakdown of KPIs by channel.
Message Reports
Message Reports provide data about sent messages, giving you insight on performance as well as easy access to each message. Navigate to Analytics > Message Reports to get started.
Audience Trends dashboard
The Audience Trends dashboard displays behavior for one or more audiences over a set time period, giving you insight on patterns in customer behavior. Click the Audience Trends panel on the main dashboard to get started.
Audience Trends Reports
The Audience Trends Reports page shows audience activities over time, helping you compare behavior across audiences and providing actionable insight about your customers. Navigate to Analytics > Audience Trends Reports to get started.
Event Data Reports
The Event Data Reports page provides a log of all customer behavior events, including access to the event JSON and message where the event occurred. Navigate to Analytics > Event Data Report to get started.
Event Dashboards
Event Dashboards visualize customer event behavior so you can quickly identify patterns. Navigate to Analytics > Event Dashboards to get started.
Identity+
Identity+ helps match anonymous site behavior to known contacts. Contact your CSM to enable Identity+ in your account.
