Available during message creation, the Message Assistant uses your Message Insights Reports to analyze message content and provide actionable recommendations for optimization. The Message Assistant eliminates guesswork and helps you create impactful, data-driven content.

Instead of spending hours analyzing message performance reports and manually conducting content analysis for different audiences, this powerful tool does the heavy lifting for you.

The Message Assistant analyzes every element of your message and gives brand-based suggestions for:

• Images
• Color scheme
• Text content
• Subject lines
• Call-to-action content

Use the Message Assistant

1. Navigate to Messages > Create New Message or select an existing draft.

2. Set the schedule, audience, and create a subject line for your message.

3. Select Edit in the Message Content pane.

4. Put in your creative content using Sculpt or the HTML Editor.

5. Click Analyze Message.

6. The Message Assistant will analyze your current message, using your Message Insights Reports to establish context and brand relevance.

7. Revise your message content accordingly.
