How can we help?

AI Frequency Optimization: Message Priority

Frequency Optimization now supports priority-based send decisions. You can assign messages categories, such as Welcome, Cart/Checkout Abandon, Browse Abandon, or General Promo/Other, and configure each category as High, Medium, or Low priority in your channel's Frequency Optimization settings. Cordial dynamically decides whether to send or defer each message based on its priority, a contact's remaining weekly capacity, and their engagement history. Learn more.

Multi-User Collaboration: Sculpt Messages

Real-time collaboration is now available for Sculpt messages. When a Sculpt message is already being edited, a modal alert identifies the active editor and subsequent users enter viewer mode. This behavior applies to standalone Sculpt batch messages, Sculpt messages in Podium Orchestrations, and In-App Sculpt content in Push messages. Learn more.

Cordial Edge: Message Insights Report Updated

The AI Message Insights model has been updated with several improvements. Reports now analyze a rolling 2-week window (or 4 weeks for lower, sending-volume accounts) instead of a single week, making recommendations more consistent week-over-week. Human-flagged open rate and direct revenue figures, including revenue per email, are now included in the report. Specific percentage lifts (e.g., "short subject lines had 30% higher revenue per email") give creative teams concrete, data-backed direction. Learn more.

RCS: Fallback SMS Revenue Reporting

RCS message performance now includes a dedicated Fallback SMS Revenue KPI card showing revenue, purchases, and AOV attributed to SMS fallback delivery. Message Reports also include new Fallback SMS Purchases and Fallback SMS Revenue columns, so you can see fallback revenue at a glance without manually calculating Total Revenue minus RCS Revenue. Learn more.

API: identifyBy Now Accepts an Array

The v2/automationtemplates/{key}/send and senddraft endpoints now accept identifyBy as an array, consistent with the POST /v2/contacts endpoint. This allows you to specify multiple identifier fields when triggering automation templates via the API.

Shopify Integration: Return Data Access

The Cordial Shopify app now includes the read_returns OAuth scope, enabling Cordial to read return data from orders. This unlocks use cases like suppression of recent returners, segmentation by return behavior, and win-back flows. Existing Shopify integration merchants must re-authorize their Shopify app connection to receive this update. New installs receive it automatically. Contact your CSM if you have questions about re-authorization.
