How can we help?

July 2027

Mobile send and failure metrics

Push, in-app, and inbox notifications now report send and failure counts separately across Message Performance, Message Reports, the Stats Filter table, and exports. You'll see distinct Push Failed, In-App Failed, and Inbox Failed figures with per-type failure rates, instead of one blended failure count across all notification types. Per-type metrics apply to mobile messages sent after your account's rollout date; earlier messages keep their existing stats. Learn more.

Facebook audience integration: additional data points

The Facebook audience integration can now pass additional contact data points — birth date, gender, and external ID — beyond email address from Cordial to Facebook. This improves audience match rates for Facebook ad campaigns built from your Cordial audiences. Learn more.

Export "Add All" options

Data job exports now include "Add All" options so you can select every column, attribute, or list at once instead of specifying each one individually. New exports also default to including a header row.

Amplitude Integration

The Amplitude integration now offers a per-channel "Use adjusted metrics" option for the email channel. When enabled, pre-fetched and proxied opens and clicks are excluded from the events sent to Amplitude, so downstream dashboards and billing reflect genuine human engagement. Learn more.

MFA exemption for SSO users

If your account requires multi-factor authentication for all users, you can now exempt users who authenticate through single sign-on (SSO) from the in-app MFA setup requirement. Enable the new Limit MFA Requirement to Password Users account setting alongside Require MFA for All Users, and only password-based users will need to configure MFA in the app — SSO users continue to authenticate through their identity provider. Contact your CSM to enable this setting.
