Push Send Time Optimization

Reuse Prior Message Content

Import content from a previously sent message into a new message. This feature allows you to reuse message content when you want to base a new message on an earlier send. Available in message editors. Learn more.

Predictive Insights Dashboard

Located within Customer Insights, Predictive Insights surfaces account-level trends based on Cordial’s AI models running in your account. Contact your CSM to enable this feature. Learn more.

Last Modified By

A new “Last Modified By” column now appears on Drafts, Scheduled Messages, Automations, HTML Content, Sculpt Blocks, Sculpt Templates, One-time Data Job Drafts, and Data Job Automations. The column displays the email of the last person to edit the item, or “N/A” if unavailable.

Push Enabled Status Change

A new contact activity event crdl_push_enabled_change is now fired whenever a contact’s push notification enabled status changes. Event properties include toPushEnabled, fromPushEnabled, deviceID, and method. Visible in contact event history and available via API/data jobs. Display name: “Push Enabled status changed.”

SMS: “Never Send on Sundays”

A new checkbox is available in Quiet Hours settings to prevent SMS sends on Sundays. This supports compliance requirements in countries like France, Italy, Spain, and the UK. Available for batch messages, automations, and Podium. Contact your CSM to enable this feature. Learn more.

Google Ads: Physical Address support

The Google Ads data destination now supports mapping First Name, Last Name, and Address fields in addition to email and phone. Note: if any of these three fields are activated, all three must be mapped. Learn more.

Mobile In-App & Inbox: Minutes and Hours expiration options

When setting an expiration time for In-App or Inbox messages, users can now choose Minutes or Hours in addition to Days, Weeks, and Months. The default remains 14 days. Available for batch messages only; not supported in automations. Learn more.

Sculpt Rich Text block enhancements

Bulleted and numbered lists are now built directly into the Sculpt Rich Text Editor, with support for indenting and outdenting. Pasting from Google Docs now preserves bold, italic, line spacing, headings, and special characters more reliably.
