Product Insights dashboard
A new Product Insights dashboard gives you a dedicated view of product catalog performance across your program. It includes a view of products most viewed, best sellers, highest revenue, trends, and frequently purchased together. Contact your CSM to enable this feature. Learn more.
Bulk message tagging
You can now add or remove tags on multiple batch messages at once from the Drafts, Scheduled, and Sent lists. Select the messages you want to update, choose your tags, and a confirmation shows how many messages were updated. Learn more.
Delay for event-triggered Data Automations
Event-triggered Data Automation jobs now support a configurable delay before a job runs. Use the delay when a job depends on data that arrives shortly after the triggering event, for example to prevent timing conflicts with SMS opt-in processing. Learn more.
SMS: Keyword opt-ins by country
Keyword opt-ins now use the sender’s country to determine whether single or double opt-in applies, so a keyword or sender ID shared across countries follows each country’s settings. If Cordial can’t determine the country, US settings apply. In addition, a contact is only recorded as opted in once the opt-in message sends successfully. Learn more.
SMS Compliance
The Contact Activities API (v1 and v2) now returns a raw_text field on crdl_incoming_sms events. The field contains the inbound message as the contact sent it, with any transport prefix removed and surrounding whitespace trimmed. Learn more.
Click Map: Adjusted Clicks and contact preview
The Click Map now supports Adjusted Clicks, and includes a preview contact selector to view the rendered click map for a specific contact. Learn more.
Mobile SDKs: Cordial CocoaPods registry
On December 2, 2026, the public CocoaPods registry will become read-only. As a result, new releases of the Cordial iOS SDK will no longer be available through the public registry. Your existing SDK installation will continue to work as usual. However, to receive future SDK updates, you'll need to transition to the Cordial CocoaPods registry. Learn more.
